Arsénne (true name unknown) is a notorious master thief, known best for her high-profile heists of TOTEMS, the engines that maintain various realities that intersect with Junction. Often her crimes are only discovered after the fact; stolen items replaced by her calling card, an ornate fish hook. She lives for the next big heist-- but totems don't pay the bills...

Using her magical seal-skin cloak, she is able to alter her appearance to blend into nearly any crowd. Opponents and others, feel free to come up with disguises/identities for her!! Whatever fits your comic ^^
