Oculama

The son of the infamous Dr. Calamity, Nephro was born with an unknown debilitating illness resulting in the loss of functions to his legs and right arm. His father managed to replace these with machinery, 'upgrading' them into weapons used to aid in his nefarious plans. Nephro could have cared less about these combat capabilities and once he became of legal age, he left his father in the pursuit of a more permanent solution to cure his illness.

Once a man dedicated solely to science, it wasn't until his illness started effecting his remaining hand that he turned to magic in his desperation. Combining this knowledge to become the alchemist he is today.

-The rune on his glove is used to slow down the progression of the illness infecting his other arm.
