Oculama

Shila's lived in the cold north most of her life, her hometown blanketed by snow year-round. She is very used to the cold and often doesn't appear to be affected by it.

She is a well-known thief, a collector of rare and shiny treasures. With her collection and selling of a few, she was able to buy herself a residence on a tropical island, where she spends most of her free time.
