Or EFFI for short.

An android commissioned by Teriagold Industries. It's main directive is the search and rescue of Teriagold employees lost, stranded or abandoned in the far reaches of space.

This particular android has been programed with a cheery disposition in order to uplift any Teriagold members that it may come across in space. It also comes equipped with a backpack containing an intersystem phone and supplies to last any organic Teriagold employee 57 days of survival.

It is important to know that these androids are not and have not been programmed for sentience. It is not a true artificial intelligence. It does not have feelings, it does not have thoughts, it does not have a will of its owl, it does not have a soul. If a Teriagold employee is to notice that one of it's Efficient Guidance Droids are displaying any signs of true intelligence or emotions, they must report this to the closest designated Teriagold manager, or security personal. Teriagold will then dispose of the droid in the appropriate manner.
