Niltsi is an American Kestrel. Notably the fastest American Kestrel there has ever been.
It is said that where ever she flies the wind follows in her jet stream. A bird who brings blessings and guidance through turbulent times of trouble.
She is cocky and can be an ass at times, but she is ultimately a good bird and does not want to outwardly bring harm to those around her. Unless you get in her way, or say that you can fly faster than her.
Ultimately she just wants to fly, and fly as fast as she can possibly go.
