MISSING PERSON REPORT

Subject, Mopaz Korbox Quanton, was sent on a rescue mission alongside an Efficient Guidance Droid and Independent Operating Device (Serial number: 4CE0460G0D). The subject exited the SAR ship in order to reach the sunken Teriagold vessel, but failed to return alongside the lost Teriagold employees.

EFFI N. 4CE0460G0D entered the stranded ship to look for the subject and the employees, to no avail. Only a piece of Quanton's equipment was found at the entrance of the vessel.

Upon further investigation by a larger SAR team, subject Mopaz Korbox Quanton was found in critical condition at the sunken vessel. The subject displayed signs of retrograde amnesia; being unable to recall events prior to the incident. Rescuers at the scene suspect the subject was afflicted with a TBI.
