What was once a simple happy little bacteria minding its own business , it gained sentience when exposed to massive amounts of cosmic radiation and genetic manipulation.
Now the living germ known as S.I.B.L, carries out the wills of their creators on whatever mission they are sent on.
Being a (somewhat) highly intelligent germ S.I.B.L. is highly contagious and deadly to most living organisms, capable of causing whatever symptoms in their targets they want.
S.I.B.L. is also able to change its shape and size at will; the suit helps it hold a humanoid shape for extended periods of time.
