If you didn’t already know, Harvey is your favorite barber. His shop, “The Lowered Ear”, recently came in crashing with an explosive opening day here in Junction! Since then he has quickly become a staple in the community offering affordable haircuts and a place to openly speak your mind. Harvey hopes to continue to grow a community here in this wonderful melting pot of universes and timelines. Come through anytime Tuesday thru Saturday 10AM-6PM and meet your new favorite barber!

If you can’t find him at the shop he’s most likely at the neighborhood bar shooting back some vodka and enjoying himself a good hamburger.

Oh also, Harvey has the unique ability to explode and control his explosions to some degree. Yeah, he's basically a walking nuke. Don’t worry he’s not as much of a threat as you would think. His body can be highly explosive if he loses “focus”, but that hasn’t happened in like 8 years…
