The style in this comic is so quirky and unique. It's such a nice take on mixed media. The texture of your scanned artwork really added to the uniqueness of this comic. (I'd honestly be floored if you'd tell me this was all done in digital lol)
Story-wise, you got us hooked into the familiar pains of house and apartment hunting (and the dreaded HOA) but peppered with these colorful and fantastical characters to separate it from the mundane. I wish we had more context about these characters though. It left me wanting more outside of what I read in the description. But then again, I am equally delighted to get a glimpse of a day in the life of Catillia. She seems to mean well but is a bit of a chaos gremlin in her methods and I like that about her <3. I can't wait for her next adventure!

Its nice to see a traditional comic coming on the scene with some digital aspects thrown in. I think your traditional work has such charm that it may behoove you to look up tricks and methods for your digital work to emulate that traditional style. Maybe upload textures in order to use them as a base for your word bubbles, or write your own font?
From page one, its evident you had a clear vision, and a certain style with your page composition. I especially love the panel styling using Catillia's arms and sash. It's great that you wanna ensure that the reader gets an eyeful of all your hard work, but I feel you aren't composing your panels with word bubbles in mind. Most if not all your word bubbles bleed out of your paneling and end up in the gutters, which are surprisingly big. The overall look makes it seem like your pages feel congested and you didn't have enough space for everything.
Story wise, this was a nice honest to goodness goof. Who knew the Home owners association was so cutthroat? the hijinks and robots tickled my funnybone, and the pages you dedicated color to were good- I just wish the entire comic overall got the same treatment.

This comic was a lot of fun.You did a great job and I'm glad you finished this properly. I really like the traditional bits you've done, the pencil-work is a great example of finished pencils, which is good. With regards to the rendering, I think you should spend some time improving your backgrounds some. The mixed media approach is okay, but the gradients from digital coloring feels too clean. That lack of texture makes it stand-out in an odd manner. However, the story was a lot of fun and this was a great first comic for the character. I can't wait to see you do more work soon, this was super. Great job!

It flowed pretty easily. The Traditional work blended with the digital elements was a very nice touch as well.
