Dr. Fabulous is the greatest villainy of our day. Whether he is out to conquer the world or to get a sale at Macy's, he is the man for the job. On the verge of taking over the world, he missed a payment and ended up getting his Island Lair repossessed by creditors. Down, but not out, he quickly moved his base of operations to a beautiful penthouse apartment. After a very successful run at owning high-class apartments in the big city, he's decided to branch out and get into the much more exciting venture of running a grand destination resort. Well, more like he bought it and hired competent people to run it. He just likes sipping Mai Tais and Strawberry Mojitos on the beach and living in the suite of the Grand Adventure Hotel and Resort.

Naturally, he's joined by his best friend and assistant Morty, who really goes on these things to make sure that Dr. Fabulous doesn't kill himself through misadventures. Morty is the one who handles most of the day to day operations and keeps tabs on all of the businesses that keep Dr. Fabulous impossibly wealthy, while likewise getting a pretty good cut himself. He's been through a lot with him and does what he can to help him out. That being said, he's not above giving him a reality check if the circumstances call for it.
