Oculama

Lord Ossue has arrived at the Junction to scout it out for the oncoming Boneien invasion. He claims to be the ruler of Dimension S with a full empire ready and waiting to arrive. Unfortunately for him, his inter dimensional communicator was broken when he phased into this dimension… the crash landing also didn’t help. In the meantime he plans to build up his skeletal army to take over this whole junction.

Personality:
He has shown a severe case of megalomania and sociopath tendencies. He believes he is all powerful. He gets really angry when people disagree with him or do not take him seriously.

Powers:
-Has the telepathic ability to move things with his mind.

-Ossue can render off the organic material from a creature or being with an internal skeleton structure, turning them into a skeleton.

-He can also transfer his glass container to more impressive bodies. Such as tanks or Mechs if he has enough prep time to get into one.

-This main form of attack is controlling an army of skeletons or “Skull Troopers” as he calls them. Though they usually need to be outfitted with weapons for them to be effective.
