Captain Marcolam Skyresh, known as the Skyheel, is a force to be reckoned with...(though a tennis racket would probably get the job done). Legends say that he has been captured and escaped from more confinement than any pirate in history. It helps that he is a respectable 6 inches tall. When he's not seeking out loot to purloin or arrogant royalists to smack, he is riding high in the sky in his winged ship the Champagne Lily, with his infallible crew of like-sized ruffians.
