July 6th 1959: Project Pavlov was mysteriously reinstated and is now tasked with destroying every living thing in Ward 9, at least that's what he believes.
-He's a pretty nice guy if you're on the same side as his country...circa 15 years ago.
-Sometimes he acts like a dog. We don't question it. He's well trained at least.
