Fleet's been running ever since he was born. Not from any dark past or anything, he's just really fast and likes to do it.

A punk with a love for freedom, a dislike for authority, and a tendency to break the sound barrier, Fleet lives fast. He likes to explore and find new sights only slowing down to enjoy the company of those slower than him. His perception of time is quicker than most people's, meaning Fleet gets bored easy and never stays in one spot too long. It also gives Fleet a slightly alien experience, never seeing and feeling things at the same speed as the rest of the universe. His coping method for it all is to just be a general rapscallion.
