first of all thank you for drawing Dougal Ive been away for so long even I thought I might be dead. its really fun to see a universe crossing story and the interpretation of the characters being a bit of a morning kids cartoon was cute, Over all was fun but some of the art on the backgrounds was a little flat in places and I feel more could have been done to really push the feeling of being in a Saturday morning cartoon world vs Junction even just different line weight over all it was really cute and great job on the comic

CornOfTheBreads

Its impressive the amount of work you put into your comics and they are always a joy to see, I cant think of any true criticism because whats here fits the comic strip funnies paper vibe of your characters so well. Not a lot happens and there was nothing that really knocked me off my feet but it was worth a sensible chuckle which I could see in a comic strip, cute, fun, sweet, harmless and a bit short, is good but not mindblowingingly funny.

Prometheus

some good stuff! i really liked how this team of chaotic little beans interact with this wizard. the non binary day of visibility joke got me bad, your wizard jokes always deliver. The character dynamics being on from the first page and lasting alll the way through thats the shit i LIKE!!! You get straight to it. I think my only comment would be that Shape-Saal could have been even more shape than they were

Prometheus

Your style is just perfect for this kind of four panel comic making hahahaha, i love this style because it really just makes the comics tone and humor work together so much. These guys are so cute, i can see these printed in the funnies section. Its an absolutely swell comic and i want to see these little buddies get up to more! Lemme at em!!! I think my decision came down to who's silly saal creature form i liked better

Rivana

Footini - Your comics never fail to give me a good chuckle. Your entry is a nice mix of adorable, chaotic and hilarious. I certainly wished it was more polished or finished but I still enjoyed it nonetheless. That house's (castle's?) bored expression on page 3 was one of my favorite panels. Cat Saal is too cute and that scene with Myrtle literally made me 'awww' out loud. Thanks for remembering my (Oculama Christmas) chaos gremlin - Raven - portrayed here accurately and perfectly lol!

Rivana

Lucky - I love the Geometric Buddies. They are too adorable and fun. The simplicity of their design compliments the larger than life expressions you give them. Also the simple background elements worked with your style and approach. I thought using an actual picture of the Chinese finger trap was very meta, fits Saal perfectly! Including the part where Saal tricked them into buying the item. I never thought I'd see Saal as a cincilla but I am here for it!

Eric

The way you approached these characters and had them interacting was fun. One of the real benefits of Saal's interdimensional wizardry is that you can adapt to your opponent's nicely and this was no different. Cat Saal was a cute idea that had them match up with your opponent well. On the whole, it would have been nicer to have some greys or colors to help break up the black and whites, but you weren't getting confusing with the lines, it just could have used a bit more visually there. That being said, another good comic!

Eric

Very cute. You definitely thrive in this sort of simple style and with a collection of cute characters where you're able to write out funny gags. As simple as the shapes are, you should try out some textures on the pages or perhaps using brushes with textures to them as well, to help give more depth to the characters themselves. On the whole however, this was a lovely comic and one that was pleasant to see! Nice work.

Pizza Man

Pretty solid comic. I always like how smooth and clean your line art is. Everything is pretty on brand for an interdimensional wizard adventure. One small crit I have is that you have a lot of negative space in your comic at times and my eyes tend to get drawn towards those spaces rather than to the characters. Overall I thought it was a fun little introduction to the little crazy shape creatures. I wonder if we'll ever see tiny cat Saal again.

Pizza Man

This was pretty entertaining. I always enjoy seeing how characters would look in a universe that doesn't support human anatomy. Saal doesn't exactly read to me as a chinchilla though, mostly because of the tail. However I suppose Saal is a hard to read person under normal circumstances...if such circumstances even exist for Saal. The Geopal designs are super cute, very friend shaped for lack of a better term. Why do I want to see them commit felonies?

xeno112

oh geez! lol this coming was such a great little silly thing! I love that you continued off from the chasm tourney and keep a great since of continuity with Saal. The excellent use of a in comic fourth wall break with great and I loved how you showed off Yori's crazy pyshic abilities for a great funny scene and lead into kinda an introcomic for your opponents and showcasing absolutely delightful cases of them interacting with the rest of oculama residents! truly a heart warming little comic! Also I LOVE CAT SAAL! so cuuttteee

xeno112

I have such a strong love for this little animal cube-ish cuties! you made such lovable little critters and they are so full of personality and emotions that bounce well off each other and cant wait to see more comics with them in it! I also like that you captured Saals always silly sometimes a light hearted grifter personality with the shop setup and finger trap gag. Also like footini's comic Making Saal a chinchilla is friggin adorable and I need more panels of these guys being adorable, kudos for such a great introduction :D

Cro-Iba

This is a cute comic! I think though that you set it up first having to explain why Saal and Portia & co. would be interacting despite being in different universes did leave the whole comic feeling more like a prologue to other comics, rather than a story on its own. Also, while scrimblo cat Saal IS good, they really don't feel any more stylistically in-line with the little guys than regular Saal? Simply not enough of a geometric shape I met in fourth grade.

Cro-Iba

Fun yes fun!! The shape take on Saal and cat is shapeful and good. Bugbert's motivations remain obscure and mysterious, perhaps dangerous? Who is he attempting to trap? Is Yori safe? I have four minutes left to write this review oh god this is a pretty good comic and i enjoy qwhat you can put out in such time you are very good at creating comis in a time deadlien much liek i am rwriting tghis rivieew
