GO LLAMAS GO!
Can I just say I love Sizar already, please take good care of your sister for me, Sizar. . . This gave us such a good intro and hook for their story! Really loved all the character expressions as well, it showed off the characteristics of everyone so nicely.

Very exciting match-up - this one could definitely swing either way! Best of luck you both!

You've made some fun dynamics between the siblings and their opponent! I think the set up was fun and keeping the concept of the Test open for the future is a nice move too. The saturated colors work really well in this too, especially in the cases where it's used for emotion. Overall flows well and is easy to read. We got some great context to the siblings, and I wish we got just a little more insight on Inga, even if its just a note about them not being in any club or something like that.

HOT DAMN! What a fucking comic Footini! The full colour and shading what a fucking treat! Artwork 10/10 its great, Sai looks incredible, you go extra sicko with your poses and getting some of that forshortening. Literally no notes on that, perfect art wise. Igna does steal the show for me, you call them a jerkwad and honestly I think jerkwad is too light to call them they are MUCH MUCH worse. I wish we got to see more of Sizar and their personality but like we got so much of Sai and Igna that I cannot complain at all. You did absolutely fantastic this was amazing for a week deadline congratulations.

I like how well you established the characters and their personalities in this comic. I already feel like I have a strong sense of who Sizar and Saiko are as people, just from a few pages. I'm a big fan of the vibrant color choices, especially in the lead up to the punch. I'm curious about how their story is going to play out, given that they don't seem to have much interest in The Test, and the nature of what the test is still a mystery, but I'm looking forward to seeing their development!

My favorite thing about this comic is how much detail you add to the school through implication and the things casually said about it as almost throwaway lines. School getting by by the skin of its teeth financially? Check. Absolute embarrassment of a sports team? Check. Two destructive twins being somewhat responsible for the expenses the school incurs? Absolutely. Great additions that enrich the setting in just six short pages.

Visual gags are absolutely serving in this comic. I got a kickout of the several glimpses of the ocu-llama school mascot, and the pom-poms bit is one of the funniest variations of the "dropping an impossibly heavy piece of training equipment" gag I've read in a long time~. All very good comedic bits that never undercut, and sometimes even serve, the shift to a heavier emotional tone in the latter pages.

Great opener overall - I'm intrigued to see what these kooky kids get up to next round!

I am always so blown away with what you are able to accomplish in a week dude. This looks really solid.
This was so much fun and such a good introduction to the twins, Straxia's legacy lives on!
I think you show cased everyones personalities really well and I think you made excellent use of your opponent. I think you've got a really nice set up for the rest of the tourney.

Any critiques I have are kinda nit picky, especially for a one week drawing time. Awesome work dude!

This was a lot of fun! I like how this starts after Satraxia's death. It definitely puts it in a neat time-frame instead of having this be something these two are dealing with right now immediately instead of later. This also brings up a unique question since their mother was very firmly in villain territory as to what two students who are at a superhero school feel about all of that. There's a lot of pathos to mine with these two here. It should be super interesting to see. I like the characterization of both so far and you really did a great job with everyone involved. I think your cheerleader posing with Sizar was a daring attempt, but you definitely take a little time to practice that our some, since it was a little awkwardly placed. Other than that, this was a great comic. Excellent start to the tournament and I can't wait to see what you do next! Great work!

Solid solid introduction for Satraxia's offspring! And is that a Rock Lee reference! At this point I think your strengths with character expression remain one of your sharpest tools and they remain in full display here. Writing and composition are also very easy to follow, always a plus. I would say going forward, speed permitting, that I would like to see more care given to sound effects and word balloon balancing. Good luck in the next rounds ahead!

Comedy AND pathos in a footini comic? be still my beating heart.
Dear old Ma being dead is definitely not the direction I expected this to go, but I love that it was made into a perfect vehicle for the characters to interact and showcase who they- not only to one another, but to the reader as well. I love seeing the slow brew to Saiko's temper finally blowing its top with the smartly lobbed burns Inga was inflicting. It begs an interesting question about academy prestige and infamy when you come from such a bad space Mamma jamma. Having her sibling be the foil I think rounded this verbal spar come to potential blows a pretty compelling first round. It's not lost on me you smartly used to you pages to exposition at us with some backstory but still keep us engaged which isnt easy. Nice work!

yay the twins make their debut! Ive been excited to see these two since you first showed them both off and I love how they work in a school setting rather than already being out and about. teenage hormones and emotional rollercoaster make for a great back drop for dealing with your mom getting the losing end of a kumite! great job establishing all their place in the school along with the twins very differnt but supportive personalities showing how they deal with grieve/living in their moms shadow so far cant wait for next round
